These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "User," or "you") and Dharmik Shop ("we," "our," or "us"), regarding your access to and use of dharmikshop.com and any orders placed for our devotional DIY kits and backdrops.

1. User Eligibility & Acceptance

By browsing our site, registering an account, or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during checkout.

2. Products & Sacred Craftsmanship

We make every effort to display the colors, low-opacity outlines, and paper dimensions of our products as accurately as possible:

  • Our DIY backdrops feature light, low-opacity outlines meant to naturally blend in once colored with the included sketch pens.
  • Actual colors may vary slightly due to individual screen calibration, lighting conditions, and the artistic nature of sketch pen coloring.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the sales of our creations to any person or geographic region.

3. Pricing & Razorpay Payment Terms

  • All prices listed on Dharmik Shop are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, and authorized wallets.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or payment anomalies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, sacred artwork, illustrations, product descriptions, photography, logos, and graphics displayed on Dharmik Shop are the exclusive intellectual property of Dharmik Shop and protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our artworks for commercial resale without prior written permission.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
