1. Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- All orders are verified, inspected for quality, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding national and public holidays).
- Each order includes a 250 GSM archival backdrop, a 10-color sketch pen set, and a printed reference image, carefully enclosed in crease-proof, moisture-resistant packaging.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the destination pin code across India:

4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Please ensure you provide an accurate shipping address with street name, nearby landmark, and correct 6-digit PIN code along with an active delivery contact. Courier delivery executives attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to origin.
